We’ve completed 15+ roofing projects with Peter at PD Property Management over the past year, and every single one has been handled the right way from start to finish. He’s the type that goes above and beyond for his clients—no shortcuts, no corner cutting, just doing things the best way possible every time. You can tell by how his properties are maintained and how smooth every project runs. Everything is always straightforward, organized, and focused on quality. That consistency makes a big difference, and it shows in the final product. If you’re looking for someone who actually cares about doing it right, Peter and his team are solid.
Pete at PD Property Management was the best! His attention to detail is next level and through him I was able to get the best possible carpet for my new house. Normally once the job is done you don’t hear from your contractor anymore but that is not the same with this company. Pete has done follow up twice since the job to make sure everything is perfect. Can’t thank you enough. Highly recommended
